A warm welcome to our pre-school!  Charity funded and founded in 1963, we have been supporting local families and their little ones for the last 57 years as we help prepare them for the transition to ‘Big School’.

 

Rated ‘OUTSTANDING’ for the third time in a row, we have been managed for the last 20 years by the much-loved Mrs. Hannah, a former primary school teacher and Early Years professional, who leads a team of equally qualified and experienced practitioners, who all undergo regular training and of whom are DBS checked every 3 years in line with the best practices that OFSTED recommends.

 

Set in a beautiful rural location within the grounds of Cranbourne Primary school, we provide a safe, happy and bright environment with both indoor and outdoor space. The perfect setting for children to develop vital social, physical, and intellectual skills, always with creative play and fun at the heart. 

 

 

The Pre-School workshop-style environment is designed to encourage exploration and learning through play, to promote self-confidence, to encourage social interactions with peers, and to enable the children to make an easy transition into school life. Our learning is focused on all seven areas of the Foundation stage:
